Fire protection requirements
are specified by Australian Standards (AS), the Building
Code of Australia (BCA), Councils, and some Industry
Groups. Compliance with these requirements is extremely
important.
All employers are required to provide a safe workplace.
FIRE STOP will conduct a free inspection of any existing
equipment installed in your premises.
Sometimes equipment is installed, but no inspections
are being regularly conducted. Often, exit lights are
inoperative, due to faulty fittings, charging circuitry
or batteries.
Any site which has exit / emergency lighting or a fire
alarm panel installed must have a logbook held on site,
and regular scheduled tests must be conducted.
All ‘log-book’ services are conducted by experienced
FIRE STOP Technicians, in accordance with the relevant
Australian Standards or regulations.
Once services are completed, and the site complies,
a Certificate can be issued for Council.
FIRE STOP can automatically provide these scheduled
services for you, to ensure your continued compliance.
On the basis of these required inspections, an Annual
Fire Safety Statement can be provided.

It is essential that your site complies, and that your fire protection equipment
is maintained and ready for any emergency.
